I provide analytical research, framework design and technical advice to support the development and implementation of services trade agreements. This includes mapping domestic regulatory regimes against regional and WTO commitments, designing MRA and recognition architectures for professional qualifications, and preparing concise, decision-ready policy papers for ministers, negotiators and senior officials.

I design and deliver capacity building programs that help officials understand and implement commitments on professional and other regulated services. This includes practical workshops and training for trade ministries, regulators and professional bodies on FTAs, regional agreements, ATISA, GATS, mutual recognition arrangements (MRAs), domestic regulation disciplines and cross-border professional mobility.

I support APEC, ASEAN, DFAT and development partners to design and deliver programs that improve trade in professional, regulated and other services across the Asia–Pacific. This includes concept and program design, drafting of project documentation, technical backstopping for implementation teams, and facilitation of regional dialogues that bring together trade officials, regulators and professional stakeholders. I bring a particular focus on designing and implementing measures that support inclusive trade.
